During our holiday in the Peak District, we completed the Milldale to Dovedale walk.

Where is it?
How long did the walk take?
The walk took about 3 hours and was to Dovedale and back. The walk was about 5 miles. At the end of the walk, there was a river and some stepping stones where kids can paddle in the water.
What’s there?
The walk is right beside the river, so there was lots of water and scenery.
There were also lots of rocks to climb and different types of wildlife.

In the village of Milldale, there is:
- A total of one shop
- Some public toilets (which are only open at certain times)
- A car park
